Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to most US and Canadian addresses. Some items may ship separately if they come from different warehouses. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your province. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Is shipping free?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but you can request changes within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us at hello@havenandhearth.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We will refund the purchase price once the item is received. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We are sorry! Please email photos of the damage to hello@havenandhearth.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Where are your products made?
We partner with established manufacturers in China that produce for major US and European brands. All products meet or exceed the quality standards of brands charging 2x or more.
Are your products safe?
Yes. All our products comply with US and Canadian safety standards. Kitchen items are food-grade, textiles are OEKO-TEX certified where applicable, and electronics meet UL/ETL safety requirements.
