How We Keep Prices Down
Most home goods you buy go through 3 to 5 intermediaries: the factory, the brand, the distributor, the retailer, and the platform. Each one takes a cut. By the time a product reaches your door, you’re paying 2x to 4x what it costs to make.
We eliminate that chain. Haven & Hearth works directly with established manufacturers — the same factories that produce for top brands and major retailers. By sourcing at the source and selling without a platform markup, we pass the savings to you: 30-40% less than comparable products elsewhere.
How We Choose What to Sell
We don’t guess. We track what’s actually selling — across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, and other major platforms — updated every 30 days. Products that consistently rank for sales volume, positive reviews, and real customer satisfaction make our shortlist.
Then we do a deeper cut: we analyze user feedback — what people love, what they complain about, which details break or disappoint. Products with recurring quality issues, poor durability, or dated design get eliminated before we ever consider them. What remains are the items that genuinely deliver.
How We Ensure Quality
China’s mature manufacturing ecosystem produces the vast majority of the world’s home goods — including many of the most popular brands sold in the U.S. and Europe. We partner directly with factories that already serve those markets, leveraging their existing quality control systems, established production lines, and proven craftsmanship.
Every batch is subject to the same quality standards we’d expect for ourselves. We reject products with inconsistent materials, weak construction, or off-spec finishes. The result: products that meet or exceed the quality of brands charging 2x the price.
Our Monthly Rotation
Trends change, and so does our catalog. We refresh our selection each month based on what’s emerging across global markets. If a product’s popularity fades or better alternatives appear, we rotate it out. This keeps our collection lean, relevant, and genuinely useful — not cluttered with items nobody needs.
