30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email returns@havenandhearth.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
