Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom/personalized products, gift cards, and clearance/sale items (final sale).
Return Process
- Contact us at support@havenandhearth.com with your order number
- We will provide a return shipping label
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Drop off at the carrier location specified on the label
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we inspect the item and notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@havenandhearth.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping.
